The Altstadthotel Arch endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Ordinance (BayDiV).

The following points are being continuously optimised as part of further development and are expected to be resolved in Q3/2025.
- Labelling of control elements is not yet translated in some cases (WCAG success criterion 1.1.1)
- Alternative texts for graphics are missing in some cases (WCAG success criterion 1.1.1)
- In editorial content, headings are sometimes not set in the correct order or lists are not always used correctly (WCAG 1.3.1)
- Forms lack the corresponding autocomplete attributes for user-defined fields (WCAG success criterion 1. 3.5)
- In combination with dynamically changing content, the focus frame does not always have a sufficient contrast ratio (WCAG success criterion 1.4.11)
- The table of contents in article pages is not labelled as navigation (WCAG success criterion 2.4.1)
- External links are not always clearly labelled (WCAG success criterion 2.4.2)
- The HTML code does not validate without errors (WCAG success criterion 4.1.1)
The offers that are currently not fully accessible will be successively adapted accordingly.
Disproportionate burden
Here, the exception due to disproportionate burden according to Art. 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 is temporarily invoked.
- Subtitles for videos have not yet been fully maintained or created automatically in some cases (WCAG success criterion 1.2.2)
- No audio description is provided for videos that require an audio description (WCAG success criterion 1.2.3)
- Embedded, external third-party content, for example from social media platforms, webcam embeds or weather displays are not fully accessible
