Our small, friendly team in the heart of Regensburg's old town is looking for active support.

Our Altstadthotel Arch with its 89 guest rooms is located in the heart of Regensburg's historic city centre on Haidplatz. From a business stay in the capital of the Upper Palatinate to a tourist experience with the family in the historic streets of the city, our hotel is the ideal centre. A breakfast area and a small conference area round off the facilities on offer to our guests during a stay in one of the city's most traditional patrician houses.

Your tasks

  • You ensure that the rooms and public areas are clean and tidy
  • You make sure that all rooms are spotless from top to bottom
  • You work hand in hand with your colleagues
  • You also keep an eye on public areas and the floor office
  • You work with reception to order laundry and carefully sort it into the stores
  • You ensure a pleasant atmosphere for our guests and are friendly and courteous
  • You are responsible for disposing of waste and replenishing consumables
