What characterizes you
- Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or initial experience at the reception desk of a hotel
- Passion for service, an open nature and enjoyment of guest contact
- Confident demeanour, team spirit and ability to work under pressure - even in lively situations
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
Your tasks
- Warm welcome and professional check-in / check-out for our international guests
- Personalised support and individual advice during the entire stay
- Competent processing of reservations, walk-ins and special guest requests
- Preparation of accounts as well as secure cash management and payment processing
- Close cooperation with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
